Start with Registration

  • First, registration will open for Competent Authority Quota, followed by Category B (Management Quota).
  • During registration process, you need to upload the required documents for verification by Dr. NTR University.

Payment of Registration Fee

  • Log in with the details you used for registration.
  • Go to the Payment Gateway and pay the fee as per your category.
  • After successful payment, you will get a confirmation message and printout.

Uploading Documents

  • Log in again with your credentials.
  • Upload: A scanned passport-size photo and signature (JPEG/JPG, less than 100 KB).
  • Fill out the application form carefully.
  • Review all details before submitting the form.

Choice Filling and Locking

  • When the choice-filling window opens: Select your preferred colleges and courses based on your rank.
  • Arrange your choices in the order of your preference (most preferred to least preferred).
  • Once satisfied, lock your choices to finalize them.

First Round (Web-Based Counseling)

  • Web Options: Eligible candidates on the merit list must fill in their college and course preferences on the university website.
  • Seat Allotment and Fee Payment: After seat allotment, pay the university fee online:
    • Competent Authority Quota: ₹25,100/-
    • Management Quota & NRI Quota: ₹65,600/-
    • After pay fee you can download the allotment letter.
  • Reporting to College:
    • Submit the allotment letter along with original documents to the allotted college.
    • If you don’t report to the college, you can still participate in the second counseling round.
  • Sliding Option:
    • Candidates admitted in the first round can opt for sliding into another college or course in the second round.

Second Round

  • Process: Similar to the first round, seat allotment is done online, and the same rules apply.
  • Management Quota Free Exit:
    • If you want to leave your seat after joining, you can do so within the university’s allowed time without any penalty.
    • Leaving after this period will result in a ₹3 lakh penalty.
  • Final Admissions: After the second round, no changes to colleges or courses will be allowed for the academic year.

Mop-Up Round

  • Eligibility:
    • This round conducted online under the same rules as the second round.
    • Candidates who did not join or left their seats after the second round are not eligible for this round.
  • Finality: After the mop-up round, no further sliding or admissions to other colleges or courses will be permitted.

Withdrawal and Discontinuation: If you wish to withdraw after admission:

  • Submit a request through the Principal of your college.
  • Pay a course discontinuation fee of ₹3,00,000 + GST via demand draft to the university.
