- Click on the Apply Online button.
- Enter your NEET-UG 2025 Roll Number and click “Verify”.
- Provide your Date of Birth and other required details.
- Use your personal email ID and mobile number for OTP verification (Cannot be changed later).
- After successful registration, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your registered email and mobile.
- Log in using your email ID and password to continue.
Step 2: Fill Personal Information
- Sign in to your account.
- Complete the personal information section.
- Click Save & Continue to proceed.
Step 3: Upload Photo and Signature
- Upload Passport-sized photograph and Full signature (in Hindi and English, not in capital letters).
- Click Save & Continue after uploading.
Step 4: Educational Information
- Provide your educational details.
- Click Save & Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Preview Application
