Eligibility Criteria

Registration Fees

To register online, candidates must purchase a PIN from www.medadmgujarat.org by paying Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) and a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000, total of Rs. 11,000 (Rupees eleven thousand only).

Registration Process

Here is the Gujarat NEET UG Counselling 2025 registration process step by step. Candidate must follow the every step for registration.

Step 1: Purchase a PIN

• Go to medadmgujarat.org.
• Pay Rs. 11,000/- (Rs. 1000/- for PIN + Rs. 10,000/- refundable deposit).
• Receive a 14-digit PIN.

Step 2: Start Registration

• After purchasing the PIN, visit medadmgujarat.org.
• Click on “Apply for Admission.”
• Click “Candidate Registration/Login.”

Step 3: Create Your Login

• Enter your 5-digit Serial number (PIN), 14-digit PIN, email, mobile number, and NEET Roll No.
• Create a User ID and Password.
• Save them for future logins.

Step 4: Fill Personal Details

• Complete the registration form with personal details.
• If you’re from the SEBC category, provide the non-creamy-layer certificate date.
• Verify details and click “Submit.”
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile. Enter it and click “Save Changes.”

Step 5: Upload Documents

• Upload necessary documents in .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
• Verify that all documents are correctly uploaded.

Step 6: Edit & Confirm Your Application

• Click “EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION” to review and make any changes.
• After confirming, no more changes can be made.
• Ensure your application is accurate.

Step 7: Document Verification Appointment

• Schedule an appointment for document verification by selecting the date, time, and Help Center.
• Print your “Registration Slip.”

Step 8: Visit Help Center for Verification

• On the scheduled date, visit the Help Center with the “Registration Slip” and self-attested copies of documents.
• Both you and a parent/guardian must sign the slip.
• The officer will verify documents and provide an acknowledgment receipt.

Step 9: For PwD Candidates

• If you are applying under the PwD quota, attend the Medical Board examination for eligibility.

Step 10: Merit List Preparation

• After registration, ACPUGMEC will publish a merit list of eligible candidates.
• Check your merit rank and category.

Step 11: Online Choice Filling & Seat Allotment

• After the merit list, fill in your preferences for available seats.
• Wait for the seat allotment results, which will be declared online.

Step 12: Visit the Allotted Institute

• After allotment, download the allotment letter and fee challan.
• Visit the allotted institute with the verification code from the allotment letter.

Step 13: Pay Tuition Fees

• Pay the required tuition fees online or at designated bank branches.

Step 14: Submit Original Documents at Help Center

• Submit your original documents, allotment letter, and fee payment receipt at the Help Center to confirm your admission.

Step 15: Admission Confirmation

• Failure to submit documents or pay the fees on time will result in cancellation of your admission.
