- Candidates who surrender their seats in this round will forfeit their admission fees. They must apply in person at the admitted college and obtain a surrender letter.

Third Round:
- Fresh registration is allowed for candidates who did not register earlier.
- Verified candidates from previous rounds without seats can participate without paying the counseling fee again.

Online Stray Vacancy Round:
- Fresh registration is allowed.

- No fresh registration or fee payment is allowed.
- Only verified candidates without seats till the online stray vacancy round are eligible.

Seat Surrender Rules
- First Round: Free exit is allowed; candidates can surrender their seats without penalty.
